I am trading with 2 subreddits that allow to post direct linked adult content already.
Actually, it's good enough. Don't need more.
I am posting on other popular adult subreddits like a normal user. No link at all, even in comment section. I found out that most people actually visit my profile and find my linked content. After getting some linkless posts with more than 300 upvotes, spikes on Google Analytic are quite impressive.
