I have EU dedicated servers with TMD.
They had domain expiration issues for Cpanel/WHM due to Brexit changes that took effect on January 1.
As today, it's been fixed on my side.
Using Cloudflare was the only way to keep websites online when they were dealing with the issue.
For people who are wondering, TMD is very good. Underrated in my opinion.
