OK, set up a site as you, the porn nerd, promote it and say you´ve got all these girls and you love to make custom vids for fans, you only charge 50 a vid and they give you a script, you state it´s not exclusive and then you use it on your sites and everywhere else...
you get all the fans joining for 9.99 a month and then you get 50 for a custom that you will use for your porn nerd membership site and other sites you sell the content on...
win win win...
you make sure you interact with your fans, morning and night, set an hour to go through messages, it´s worth it when you have 100 fans and maybe 20 asking for customs every week
edit: update with at least 2 or 3 vids each day from the start and a few sets of photos.... get it updated faster this way and the more updates, the more people search and find your site from OF search. I´ve over 1000 updates on mine
