Epass went down because the owner decided to cover the loss of his movie production "middle men" with the money of his epass clients, when the bank figured that out they closed the sink and the rest is history. this has nothing to do with harassing your own customers with bullshit requests, especially to ask the same proof of the same address on file which was given them back then.
