1 - asking to prove the same address that stayed on file and was proven to you before is far from be considered as normal.
2 - an official certificate from the department of justice in my state is - "not a public authority" as claimed by your rep - isn't normal.
3 - threatening your clients in account life time ban if they "upload fake document" is not a normal manner.
I'm sorry Ruth, trying to comply with the regulations can't serve as an excuse for all of that.
