Well there are many many much bigger sites on twitter with adult content that would be closed first.
So I assume it's just that these companies dont follow some laws and twitter get pressure from outside.
So far I didn't notice any anti adult content actions on twitter in general.
And models get banned often also before, mostly cause they use music. These TikTok videos can kill and the most don't know how strict the music filters are.
