You will get an image link and an editorial link from a page with very powerful metrics - there are way more than 400 referring domains to the site and each page has a typical Majestic TF score of 20 - 21. But the thing is, each page only typically has around 7 links on it - and two of them will point to your site. That's better than most of the blog posts you could buy for $100 or more. You should also get some traffic from here although it does depend on what category you are in.
All you need to do is write something about your site on the submit page. As if you were reviewing your own site. If you can't find the words to do that, just write anything and I'll rewrite it but a) don't expect that to happen quickly, and b) what does it say about the relevance of your site if you can't even write a decent post about it?
