I brush my teeth 30 minutes before I wake up with a blend of natural organic baking soda and a fine blend of essential oils along with a just a dash of peppermint from the bush outside my window.
After waking I repeat the process three times and floss while I continue my morning ritual including moisturising, embalming and toning my skin. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
After my breakfast I always brush my teeth at least 3 times using my specific blend of the finest homemade ingredients.
I rarely eat during the day, knowing the chemicals contained within the foods that mortals consume is killing the from the inside. Instead, I prefer bottled water. I have it specially imported from the slopes of the Alps. I run a conpany that turns the ice water from the highest mountain into the most perfect water source.
Despite this, I always find time to brush my teeth at least 3 times mid afternoon. Always before two but never after three.
Before bed I will put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.
