A few years ago I bought a domain for a micro niche and started building a tube on it - and then left it. I seem to remember it only had around 50 or 60 videos on it, anyway googlebot found it despite me never building any links to it. After several months it started sending some hits, only maybe 50 - 100 a day but amazingly it made some sales. I wish I'd kept it now. Could have been rich.
