It would overwrite affiliate cookies. Say you as a webmaster sent a surfer to a ccbill site, using your affiliate code '12345' - If that surfer had zango installed, zango would say 'Oh, Im going to a ccbill site... Well OK, lets just change the code to a different one then ('54321') and the zango advertiser would get the sale and not you.
