Domain 'appraisal' "estimations" are useless . They were good 15years ago when you could get premium domains.. Now it's more about that the site produces or it can produce.
Basically,with 4500$ you can get a website that already produces 200$/month,which likely has a better name too , why would anybody buy a simple(even though good) domain instead of something that brings $ ?
A few days ago there was a guy asking MINIMUM 5000$ for a domain for which I doubt anybody would pay more than 30$
I'd say the trans one might get you something like 75$ ,even though I think a better guess would come from webmasters having trans websites..
You could sell it for more if you create a website out of it,upload videos and do some SEO.. in this way you might as well get something like 125-150$
