They didn't die of vaccine, they died of some blood clot that caused stroke, which was caused by arrhythmia but they don't know if it was from vaccine or not for sure - so they have to say it's not. Innocent until proven guilty. I suppose if you get your leg cut off you didn't die from losing your leg, you died from loss of blood.
