Yes - but at the same time there are scammers - my brother almost fell for it with a company that claimed it was crypto with a strange name for currency and you mine it - and get others to mine it etc. Problem is that it's a pyramid and the currency has no value at all. I asked "so can this be traded for bitcoin or real currency?" Answer, "no".
