No, we can do anything we want. My stepdad used to drive down the road while drinking beer out of a can. I've had sex in my car many times, though mostly when I was a teen at the XXX drive in. But everybody was having sex in their cars.
Now if you get
caught doing some things you could get in legal trouble. But you can still do it.
