One thing I did find to be silly, or perhaps I missed something, was that the trial was going to be held as a closed court. No one in or out who wasn't directly involved in the case, and the courtroom to be locked and guarded at night... Well OK, fair enough...
But why was the Son just allowed to wander in and out at will, watching parts of the trial? he wasn't directly involved in the case per say, and it was almost like just because his Dad was the judge, he could come and go as he pleased.
I didn't get that...
