There are quite a few threads related to PAXUM. There was one posted a few months ago by "Elliso". There should be some suggestions posted there, unless Elliso wrote me directly.
If you sincerely believe you are in the right, and PAXUM has failed to resolve this matter by now, then you should put together a simple demand letter, and forward it to
[email protected], and cc Ruth. Make sure to give them an X amount of days to transfer all the money owed to your account. In the letter, provide specific account numbers, amounts owed, your full name and address, name PAXUM and Octav A. Moise (basically the owner of PAXUM), a light summary of the money originally in the account from Sponsors (name them), an ability to transfer out that money to your bank, a due date by which they must act, and notice of what action you will consider taking against them, should they fail to resolve the matter by X date. Sign and date the letter, etc.
Should PAXUM and Octav decide to ignore your letter, than you might want to start submitting written complaints with the various authorities, including police in your home country, as well as in Canada, ideally in the Province/State that PAXUM is registered in. Again make sure PAXUM and Octav A Moise, are named/listed/mentioned as the Defendants. Make sure to keep good records. Get the correct spelling of the Officer's name that is taking your report, and the incident or report number assigned. Arrange to get a "certified" copy of the report when ready.
If you want me to look over your situation and written statements, write me directly: alex AT nalem DOT com
Good luck!
I am not a lawyer, but if it was me, likely I would allege "misappropriation of funds" by the Defendants.
