Latest Go Daddy Expericnce

Has anyone been affected by the GoDaddy Migration? This is what I learned today. Not slander or defamation a true experience. BTW just small potatoes but rely on traffic from HUN, Freeones that I generate from good ole fashioned homemade video and pic galleries that flow into TAC and Southern Charms. But you all should take notice of this...

They are migrating 4GH unlimited plans to new servers. if you have any video media files (.mov, .avi, .mp4, .wmv..etc) that are on your website and do not remove them they SUSPEND YOUR SITE and only offer a plan to upgrade for $800.00 informing me that I need 100GB. They claim the new servers will not be shared and that the current model (utilized for 9 years is going away...forgive me if this is old news to the pros here) But what should be noted is that they offered no concession after they deleted my site and shut down the online presence of 9 years solid. I am screwed and they totally know it. I was a customer for 9 years and they just changed the plan on me with zero notice and then "suspended" / hijacked my site that was online for 9 years. They don't care about your business. All they want to do is find a divisive way to get you in a bind and raise the price. Despicable hosting services. It should also be known that zero notice was given. They claimed they emailed me. There was no call (in the past they left vm about ssl and renewals) OK so my question is (and I am a newbie to you seasoned folks) what course of action do I have? Are you familiar with what Daddy is doing? Is there any legal recourse?
