I know what I see. I see a cop that murdered a man in public. Do you think the guy died of a drug overdose while the cop's knee was crushing his neck? He will probably be convicted of second-degree manslaughter, but he should be convicted of second-degree unintentional murder. I certainly doubt a third-degree murder charge.

What matters is he killed a man and the sentence he will get will fit the parameters of all three charges because they won't give him the max. How's that? Jack.
