She was clearly pissed off as she should have been. iPhones can cost over a thousand bucks. As I said, they could have easily diffused the situation by showing her that the phone he had wasn't in fact hers. She probably would have said "oh okay, that looks just like my phone which I lost, sorry". Case closed.
