Yes and No. She really shouldn't have taken them onto set. Its a performers personal responsibility to ensure that they are 'clean' before shooting. Its not like they just popped up overnight. She must have known. Or if she didn't know, then she SHOULD have known.
I mean its not hard. My wife, who appeared in over 500+ scenes over a 5/6 year period never caught anything, nor passed anything on, because she took care of herself and her vaginal health. As far as I'm concerned that should be a given for any girl who was shooting on professional sets.
