They're probably there because you can't just send an email and say, "take down my videos!"
Doesn't work that way.
You put a DMCA together and send a list of the urls that contain the infringing material.
And again, I'm not siding with anyone (I'm on your sid since I own thousands of exclusive scene that are stolen ever day), but there are basic processes that ned to be done to remove it.
