if you think the person in this video is underage make a complaint to pornhub, then the owner of the content would then have to provide details of everyone if that scene to prove there age.
THAT IS WHY YOU CAN ONLY SELL CONTENT WITH RELEASE FORMS AND ID'S
If they couldn't provide said details the video will be deleted.
So again without the proper paper work your videos are worth $0
