I totally agree... As long as someone is making money.... it can kill people as long as they put a warning on it.
Prime example - Tobacco.
Another pharmaceutical medications. See what happens if you have a reaction (one of the side effects)... if it's on the warning label... they cannot be held responsible even if it kills you. Why do you think that some of the warning say "Can cause death". You can even hear them say it in their television commercial warnings.
i didn't know that till it happened to me.
The Doctor said it was the safest of all of that type of medication. I was the rare one that had a reaction that put me in the hospital and almost killed me.
No legal recourse... what happened to me is a known side effect.
Greed ruins everything.
