I wonder how close to done it was, if it was under construction. Hopefully under construction means nobody was there at night to be injured.
I really think we need to think about how excessively easy it is to look up info on who lives where. Obviously, it is worse when the press highlights it, but there are creeps everywhere, and obviously it is dangerous for strangers to be easily able to get this info.
