Interesting you guys have beans with rice, that's something I never do, I'd serve instead of rice.

White Lima beans cooked up in an Italian style tomato sauce are great, with seafoods or meats.

And yeah meat, I'm not really phased if I have it or not, I eat a couple of times a week at most.

My best discovery recently is Miso paste, I've tried packet stuff many times and restaurants and never really liked it but recently I brought some off an old Japanese guy at a market near me and he makes it fresh and wow its amazing.
