You're welcome! And they did at the start because there wasn't enough supply for healthcare workers and I say they're doing it again to build supply, while pushing more vaccines.

India is smashing their outbreak with vaccines and double masking, Indonesia is about to follow the same route plus many other South Asian countries where these new variants are exploding in numbers.

Slight problem is that represents about 2.5 billion people. Many of these countries have just started vaccine roll outs so for the vast majority, masking and social distancing is all they have and of course these are the very countries 50%+ of our masks in the West come from.

..We're back or soon to be, not having enough masks again.
