Regardless of whether blueacorn is actually stealing funds or not, they are essentially robbing people of the opportunity to receive funds that they're entitled to receive due to their negligence.
They've held onto applications for months leaving people unable to apply elsewhere with an actual competent company. The PPP funds have already ran out for most banks and the deadline is quickly approaching. Invariably blueacorn's failure to fund, approve or deny applications in a timely manner is going to screw a lot of people over and they're going to walk away with nothing.
