NY vs FL proves this is nothing but hogwash.
2 states with very similar populations. 1 state had the most strict measures in the country, the other had very little to none. Both states resulted in identical covid numbers.
Not to mention, your graphic is extremely linear, and neither air nor virus loads travel in a straight line.
