How can this be explained?
It looks like hosters react to DMCA and quit their service for pornditt, but they simply do hoster hopping and migrate to the next one. Any other explainations?
Possible solutions
1. Keeping them on the hopping with DMCA
2. Pushing the registrar hard with Visa/MC compliance
