We would like to inform our customers that Paxum SEPA Mastercard users are currently experiencing difficulties in withdrawing their funds. This is happening due to technical issues our payment processor is currently experiencing. Their teams are working around the clock to fix the problems and to ensure this situation does not happen again.

Please note that these issues are limited to the Paxum SEPA Mastercard only and all other Paxum withdrawal methods are working as expected.
