Yes. The thieving, snake oil salesman/hack behind it certainly is alive. NALEM on the other hand is kinda sorta dead, as we have not updated it with new content for years. The rebills however keep coming in. Amazing how that is.

Like clockwork my welfare checks and EBT money arrive by the 3rd of each month, and so do the NALEM rebills. Remember many of our fellow GFY members paid a monthly subscription fee to stay off the site, while others paid to ensure some folks are never removed.
