1. No one. FB doesn't carry the porn stigma, and they line the pockets of many a government, so they get to hide behind section 230 for virtually everything.

2. Nothing, but that's the game. Because it's porn, it always carries the burden of increased regulation. Granted, they allowed unchecked user uploads for years, and they only got as big as they did to begin with by stealing a shit ton of content and putting tons of sites out of business.

3. Nah, just have to jump through whatever new hoops the card companies impose because at the end of the day, we're at their mercy.

Our industry has exactly ZERO friends in government at any level or within any party. It doesn't matter how much the mainstream uses sex to sell their products, we are porn, and we sell sex, and as such, will always be looked down upon.

Just wait until the SJW crowd starts trying to blame porn for "rape culture"... then we'll really be in for some trying times.
