In no order of best: Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Thailand, and Colombia.
Recently managed this for a family member in need. Due to Covid-19 travel restrictions we settled on Colombia.
Dental implants, no veneers. Multiple quotes in the US, including a top Dental University, lowest price was 37,000 USD.
In Colombia met with three dental specialists, one working out of a poor district, and the other two, having high end clinics and clients to match. Least expensive was around 10,500 USD. Chose the most expensive one, which was 13,000 USD, not including the cost of two flights, 4.5 weeks of required accommodation, food and local transportation (split into two extended visits).
Not the 60-80 percent savings that people often claim, but since it was coming out of my pocket, I'll gladly settle and accept the 20k saved.
