As someone who has low % of body fat, I have to say that fasting is essential.
Yes, the first few days can be tough but after its easy. You will feel much more energetic. You will sleep less, but feel much better. Your focus should be 10 x as it was.
To all participants, try to lower the carbs, eat more healthy fat, drink at least gallon a water, high protein intake. No milk products, perhaps a bit of organic cheese.
At the end of the day: Calories In vs. Calories Out is what matters the most, at least when it comes to this challenge
