why not just upload it on your own site via ftp and post the link, your link is in your sig so not like it's a secret site or something
youtube is a bitch, I know a chica who had had completely clothed asmr vid deleted cuz it was deemed too 'suggestive', even though she marked it age-restricted
all these platforms hate us, get used to it. there are a ton of free porn hosting sites out there but hard to tell what content they support is pirated so I'd steer clear of them unless you're sure they don't
on your own site you can post whatever you want without it being totally public (as in, you need the url to access it)
edit: just read the other thread and saw it was removed from yt for the music.
incidental use is ok, but if the track is central to the vid just mute it or let the sharing idea go
