I don't know why she does not publish it, could be as simple as the recording screwed up on her or she said she was going to record it and didn't actually do it. I don't know how technically literate she is so I could not say anything on that and really either can you.

Calls can be re-routed however you want them to be, just like proxy servers. So, I can make it look like I am pretty much anywhere in the world if I want to.
