If you use Bootcamp, your Machine will boot into either Windows OR OS/X. But if you use Parallels, you can run Windows as a virtual machine inside OSX, effectively having both running at the same time.
If your Macbook Pro is the new M1 Chip, then you are definately better running with Parallels + Windows 10 for ARM. It is fucking fast, works perfectly, and gives you the most flexibility.
