I think you are taking some folk questioning the way the situation is being handled as criticism of you (or Geoffrey) and your business model. I have not read most if it that way.
Edited in: Actually, looking back at it, it isn't even the way the situation is being handled but rather your remarks regarding the way it is being handled.
