I would hire the 100$ per hour, but i'd like to re-validate my idea once again first. So, I didn't want to put too much money into that I haven't "re-validated". It "maybe" shitty for you the way it sounds but not for me, it is very convenient. The front end is amazing on how it looks for something that uses very minimal resources.
Anyways thanks to those who congratulated. It was a process I didn't think it was "tough" because of its simplicity. But it was still very tough.
I did hire an american to do a 1 page PSD to HTML/CSS responsive. 100% rating via upwork, and man, it was like puling teeth trying to communicate with this guy. Costed me $500 for pixel perfect 1 page. It wasn't pixel perfect because it took days for him to make 1 change. So i just had to find someone else that did 2nd page for $150 from offshore
