For example, let's say you come up with a winning campaign You are getting a return on your money and it's satisfactory to you. Everything looks good.

Within no time at all, 17 people will be copying your campaign, stealing the lander, utilizing the same advertiser, etc. your bid prices are going to rise based on how small a margin somebody else is willing to accept essentially. All it takes is 1 motherfucker willing to pay $xxxxx daily for a small return , and now you have to compete against him. He is going to take the traffic.

So when you started, your 25 cent bid that was bringing you 35 cents back.... is now going to cost 33 cents for example. If you were getting a good price on your campaign, it won't last.

After going through this scenario multiple times on multiple networks I gave up on media buying and took a new direction lol. I'm not saying other people can't make it work, but its definitely not a game I'm interested in playing. Too many sharks fighting for scraps. Too many people stealing whatever clever shit you came up with lol.
