Plus where do you draw the line ? You cant expect say youtube to have written consent of everybody that appears in a youtube video

99% of tubes don't process any credit cards. This "bulletin" would only apply on domains where CC transactions occur, so xvideosred, PH premium, faphouse, etc.
I'm not really sure why you'd think Mastercard would have any power over sites that don't use Mastercard.
