By all rights, they should then send that back to the client to get confirmation as to what all was agreed upon.
And this goes back and forth like that until both are in agreement.
If the client can take the time to write an email explaining what they want that saves some time on the front end.
Plus, doing calls with you lead to something other than a well defined project. There may be some satisfaction but there is no project definition in the end ;p
