Will the 4000 spec on the RAM make a lot of difference for non-gaming usages? With the chip shortage, 128 GB kits are hard to come by and a lil inflated. The RAM is probably the component I'm least decided on.

3600 ram is OK, 4000 is ideal, 2666 is too slow for AMD RYZEN. Something liek a 5% performance difference I read between 3600 and 4000. You don't need 128gb of ram, 64 is probably overkill even.
The power supply get a 550 or 600 max, highest efficiency you can find (wiill be cheaper electric bills). Good brand name one.
