I will never in my life need to process as much content as you do, so take the following with a big, massive, huge pile of salt. But my I9 9th gen does exactly what I intended for it to do.. which is to never be an issue or THE issue.
My PC runs extremely smoothly no matter what I'm doing - this monitor is always work, but my 4k monitor is where any video processing happens, gaming, etc. I have 48 tabs open right now on this monitor and just ran Apex on max settings (in 4K) with 90FPS.
But I'm an Intel guy. I will probably consider an AMD for my next build in 3-4 years because they HAVE caught up / passed Intel recently, but that also means their latest processors haven't been around long enough to get their ass whooped day in and day out to see if that performance maintains over time.. or if that processor itself maintains over time. Which is why I went Intel / I9 on my build. Maybe I'm losing some nanoseconds somewhere, but I'm confident it'll work for as long as I need it to.
If you do stick with the AMD, though, I would be extremely curious to see how it holds up over time.
