With your business model it's totally understandable to take six months to recoup (break even). It's great you have such a loyal customer base! Having your own setup in CZ is sweet too. I will reach out when I am there to buy you guys as many pilsners as possible.

So what business model you work from also plays a factor. Most paysites rely mainly on memberships (joins and rebills) but also factor in upsells, cross-sells and ad space.
