Linux has not been reinstalled. This is continuing from reformatted hard drives. There has to be something in the BIOS, I am not understanding why the secondary drive is being read as the primary and vise versa.
Also.... thanks ColMike... been there, done those as well as many other pages with basically the same techniques. The thing is... no matter what the USB should load but it freezes like when the OS tries to load.
Might be time to write MSI, their info board has not been real helpful either. Maybe the motherboard is fucked..... if linux didn't still load properly or install I would think that but since it does, that is what is puzzling me.
