I see a lot of you run ad networks and CPM/CPA affiliate networks.

If it helps anybody decide if they want to be my partner or not for this modeling agency startup, I was also the author of the NginAd ad server that had real time bidding and header bidding used by Sovrn, Pubmatic, AppNexus, AOL, and many other big names.

I eventually got sick of updating it so I sold it for $16,000 on Flippa.

AOL offered to acquire it as part of it's Area 51 incubator but offered me equity which I didn't want and told me I had to move to Germany and I don't speak German, so I declined.

I worked at huge NASDAQ IT companies as a software engineer for the past 15 years.

I could easily make another major ad server, but I really don't want to and I have a day job as an engineer. So again I want partners so I can do it part time.

Too much looking at code, not enough looking at b00bs and vaginas if you know what I mean.
