Yeah man, I also think about buying a treadmill in addition to my fitness bike I bought 4 months ago.
With my bike I started slowly, only 2-3 kilometers per session in my first month, just for the beginning. Meanwhile I go with 10km every time I cycle and another 10km the morning after.
10km are like 30 minutes.
I hope in one or two months I ride 15-20km per session
But last month after 300km, it started to make some strange annoying noice, somewhere near the pedal and I couldnīt focus on the training with such shit.
I had to contact the support, glad they sent two guys to get it fixed.
So yeah man, buy some fitness devices for you, itīs not bad!
