I don't know what happened in that shelter down under, and I don't know what their laws and rules are there. Did they really kill the dogs because they didn't want people handling the dogs to travel, or is this a case where they had too many dogs and they had to put them down and a local animal lover is being misleading about what actually happened?
I am sure most countries are like the US; We always have more dogs than people willing to take them in.
