If you only have a 5-10k you won't be able to do it. You're going to need money to do this but don't be discouraged. You can do it and it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg. Be creative. I agree the niche must be targeted and well produced, what you obviously did right to boot was marketing to get 6 figs/month, NOT my cup of tea, since I barely do low five
